The glorious Broadstairs Food Festival

What a wonderful weekend for foodies at Broadstairs this weekend.  The promenade and Bandstand areas of the little town of Broadstairs were bursting with locals and visitors who had come to enjoy every type of food and drink you can imagine.  These are just some of the little bakes that were on my stall over the weekend.  Lots of lovely stallholders who were very happy to share their goods and ideas – yum!

Peppermint tea from ‘The Flower Patch Farm’ infused these little cupcakes and fresh local strawberries offered a pretty pink colour without any additives

The ever popular Victoria Sandwich and velvety chocolate sponge – made with local jam and our free range eggs.

So good to hear all about the Barn Owl at the Festival – we are so lucky to have two living in our barn
